Accounting Services

Based on our professional experience, it is our understanding that integrated provision of legal and accounting services performed by teams working in constant cooperation and assuming joint responsibility spares traders and investors considerable resources of time and money, which would otherwise be assigned to harmonize the results of the various services received – becoming an object of outsourcing.

We provide to our clients high qualified and precise financial and bookkeeping services thanks to our long-term strategic partnership with the financial and accounting team of Tiora Ltd., whose owner and General manager is Dimitrina Petrova. Clients of the company are Bulgarian and foreign enterprices acting in the spheres of the real estate investments, construction, trade with medicine appliances, etc.

Current accounting services:
• processing of basic accounting documents (invoices, vouchers, payment documents);
• preparation of synthetic trial balances and information schedules – monthly;
• preparation of a profit and loss account – monthly;
• calculation of advance payments under the Corporate Income Taxation Act (CITA) or under the Personal Income Taxation Act (PITA);
• preparation of payrolls, accrual of security contributions and health insurance contributions – monthly;
• preparation and submission of returns required under the respective tax laws – PITA, CITA, VAT Law (VATL), Excise Duties Law (EDL);
• preparation and submission of returns under the Social Security Code (SSC) and the Health Insurance Law (HIL);
• preparation and submission of declarations on the liabilities/receivables to/from companies abroad;
• preparation and submission to the local tax offices of declarations related to changes in the court registration, opening/closing of commercial units, opening/closing of bank accounts;
• preparation of information schedules for the preceding month within two days after they have been demanded by the Service Purchaser;
• consultations on the requirements of the tax legislation, update of the changes in the tax legislation and timely, clarification on specific problems and suggestions for their solution. The hours include not only the time for presentation, but also the time for preparing the information and materials;
• tax consultations;
• payments to the state budget, the National Social Security Institute (NSSI) and the National Health Insurance Cash Desk (NHICD); payments of taxes, fees and social securities – preparation of payment documents (orders, requests).

Annual accounting closing:
• preparation of an annual balance sheet;
• preparation of a profit and loss account;
• preparation of an annual tax return;
• preparation of notes to the annual financial statements;
• pannual tax return under the VAT Law;
• information schedules under the Personal Income Taxation Act for employees under contracts other than labor contracts.
